Write to hello@postale.day. A person reads every message. It helps to say which iPhone you use, and which version of Postale: Profile shows it under About.
Membership
What's free?
Your first three Cards are free, and they're yours to keep, with or without Membership.
What does Membership do?
It lets you keep issuing Cards after your Free cards. It's yearly, with a free trial, or monthly. The App Store shows the price where you live.
How do I cancel?
Membership is a subscription with Apple, so Apple's Settings cancel it. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Postale. Or, in Postale, open Profile and tap Manage Membership. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to stop it renewing. The Cards you've kept stay.
How do I get a refund?
Apple takes the payments, so refunds are Apple's to give. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I restore Membership on a new iPhone?
Open Profile and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account that paid. The Membership screen has Restore too. Postale has no accounts: Membership belongs to your Apple Account.
I have a code.
Open Profile and tap Redeem a Code.
Your Cards and your data
Where are my Cards kept?
On your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Install Postale on a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account, and they come back.
How do I delete everything?
Open Profile and tap Delete All Data. Every Card, with its Cover and Back, your Stamps and your Passport are removed from your iPhone and from iCloud. Your photographs stay in your library. Membership carries on until you cancel it, and the Free cards you've used stay used.
What leaves my iPhone?
Postale reads your photographs on your iPhone. No images are sent to us except for the ones you choose to make cards from: the one photograph each Cover is painted from, made smaller and stripped of where and when it was taken. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Photos access
Why does Postale ask to see all my photographs?
To find the days worth keeping, Postale looks through your library on your iPhone: when and where the photographs were taken, and what's in them. Nothing is sent anywhere while it looks.
I chose Limited Access, or Don't Allow.
The Cards you've kept are safe, but Postale can't find new days. To let it, open the Settings app, tap Apps, then Postale, then Photos, and choose Full Access.
Does Postale use my location?
Postale never asks for Location Services. A Card's place and trail come from where your photographs say they were taken.
iPhone Duo
Does Postale work on iPhone Duo?
Yes. Postale runs on iPhone and iPhone Duo with iOS 27. An update that spreads it across the unfolded screen follows soon after iPhone Duo goes on sale.
